There are no Refunds on any Items
Exchanges Only for the same item.
Exchanges are only acceptable on Defective items.
No “Changed My Mind”, “Got Bored of it” or “Didn’t Like it” Exchanges allowed.
For Sealed Items, there are no Exchanges but you can contact us if you have any concerns or questions.
Opened Items, you have 2 weeks from delivery day to notify us if there is a problem with your item.
We include tamper proof stickers on all used items so as long as the sticker has not been removed, you will be eligible for an exchange of the same item.
